Microphone is not working on AI websites
When you click the microphone icon on ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI services, macOS will prompt you to grant microphone access. Make sure you click "Allow". If you previously denied access, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable Adro Browser.
Camera is not working
Similar to microphone access, camera permission must be granted in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. The app will prompt you the first time a website requests camera access.
How do I switch between AI models?
Use keyboard shortcuts Cmd+1 through Cmd+0 to quickly switch between AI models. You can also click on any model in the sidebar.
How do I use Split View?
Press Cmd+Shift+S or click the split view button in the toolbar to compare two AI models side by side.
How do I clear my browsing data?
Go to Settings within the app. You can clear browsing history, cookies, website data, and all saved data from there.
Which macOS version is required?
Adro Browser requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later.
Is my data private?
Yes. Adro Browser does not collect or transmit any personal data. All bookmarks, history, and settings are stored locally on your device in a sandboxed container. See our Privacy Policy for details.
